What is the ThetaHealing® technique?

Vianna Stibal developed the ThetaHealing technique in 1995 during her own personal journey back to health after developing a tumour in her leg. She began teaching it in 2006, after perfecting the technique on herself.

How the ThetaHealing technique works
The ThetaHealing technique is a non-invasive alternate therapy. It aims to assist with spiritual and emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for conventional medical treatment, but an effective supplementary tool.
Our beliefs, rather than luck or hard work, set apart people with amazing success, health and happiness. Replacing the negative beliefs in the subconscious mind with positives allows you to experience more of what you want out of life.
In one-on-one sessions, I help you to identify the deep, underlying beliefs buried deep within your subconscious. Once identified, we can clear these ingrained limiting habits and beliefs, which create disease, unhappiness and other problems.
With these negative beliefs (and emotions) cleared, positive, empowering beliefs and feelings take their place, allowing you a happier, more fulfilling life. For example, you can learn how to live with joy in your life, rather than with anger.
You will enjoy a happier life, improved health and a greater sense of wellbeing. You will feel the freedom and lightness that comes with letting go of your blocks, fears and stresses.
